Shipping and Returns Information
Shipping:
All orders will be shipped from our Medicine Park, Oklahoma location. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for orders to be shipped. via USPS Priority mail for standard, residential addresses within the contiguous United States. PO Boxes, Military Addresses and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must also be sent via USPS. At this time, customers wishing to ship to such addresses must call the store (580-529-0010) to order over the phone.
During the busy Holiday Season. please allow 3-5 business days processing time for orders to be prepared for delivery to our shipping carriers, notwithstanding any order processing issues. The shipping carrier’s standard delivery times then apply. To estimate your product arrival, please allow at least 3-5 business days of Medicine Creek Olive Oil processing time PLUS estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days for most shipments. If you desire expedited shipping (e.g. UPS Next Day Air), please call the store to discuss options and rates (580) 529-0010. If there are any questions at all regarding shipping, please give us a call and we will work to answer your questions and accommodate any reasonable requests.
Returns:
Items purchased from Medicine Creek Olive Oil Company can be returned or exchanged if they are in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Only unopened items in new and unused condition and in the original, manufacturer package will be accepted for exchange or refund.
Please send the item(s) you want to return by a shipping method that is insured and traceable to the address below. Please pack returns, when possible, in their original Medicine Creek Olive Oil Company outer carton or other sturdy outer carton to ensure returned product arrives in good condition.

Items that are not in new and unused condition and in the original manufacturer package will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange.
NOTE: Returns are processed within five business days during non-holiday periods.
In the unlikely event that your item has defects or damage when you first receive it, we will send you a pre-paid return label to return the item for replacement at our expense if you contact us within five days of receiving your order. All defective and damaged items not claimed within five days will not be exchanged. Item(s) must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange. If your product was damaged during shipping, you must save all packaging materials and paperwork. We reserve the right to correct any orders that are damaged during shipping or that are defective.
